Questions
How does billing work?
Pick Plugd, Plus or Pro and pay yearly or monthly. Yearly is billed once a year and setup is free. Monthly is billed every month, with a one-time $49 setup on the first charge. Hosting, your editor and every block are included on every plan.
When do I pay?
At checkout, right after you send your order, which starts your plan. If the first look is not right for you, tell us and you get a full refund before anything goes live. Coachbuilt starts with a 50% deposit once we agree on the quote.
How fast is it?
Your first look arrives within 48 hours, counted from when we have your photos and links. Coachbuilt gets its own timeline with the quote.
Will there be a logo on my page?
No logo or badge anywhere. The only mention of us is one small line of text at the very bottom, "Built by Plugd", the way a builder signs their work. Everything above it is about you.
What is Coachbuilt?
Our one-of-one tier. Every plan starts from a Plugd theme you make your own with your photos, type and colors; Coachbuilt starts from a blank screen and your footage. Tell us what you have in mind and we quote it before anything starts.
What do you need from me?
Your links, a few photos you like, and anything you want front and center: your newest video, a drop date, your stream. The order form takes it all, photos included. If you are not sure, send your current link and we will start from there.
How does "Send a friend" work?
When someone you told about Plugd orders a page and puts your name in "Who sent you?", your next change round is free.
Can I change things later?
Yes, yourself, any time, on every plan. Your page comes with its own editor: links, photos, colors, type, the order of your blocks, feature cards and galleries. Nothing goes live until you press Publish, and Undo puts it back. For bigger changes, like a new kind of section, ask us: free for the first 30 days, then $15 a round, and always free on Pro.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time by email. Nothing more is charged, and your page stays up until the end of the period you already paid for, then goes offline. Come back within 90 days and it is exactly as you left it.
What is the difference between Plugd, Plus and Pro?
Plugd is your page, built for you, with every block and your own editor. Plus adds your own domain (we register and renew it), a private dashboard with views, link taps and where visitors came from, a request form to your email and an email list you can download as a CSV. Pro adds a heatmap of exactly where people tap, phone or desktop, countries, all-time totals, and changes done for you any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. There is an upgrade button right in your dashboard, and we switch you over from your next payment.
Can I schedule a link or print a QR code?
Yes, on every plan. Give any link a start and end date in your editor and it shows only in that window, good for a drop, a giveaway or a ticket sale. Your editor also makes a QR code for your page, ready to print on flyers, stickers and merch tags.
Can I take tips or play my music?
Yes, on every plan. The tip jar sends people straight to your own Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Ko-fi or Buy Me a Coffee, so the money goes to you with no fee from us. Paste a Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud link and your page plays it.
Do you do pages for agencies or teams?
Yes. Five pages or more get Plus on every page for $8 a page a month, billed yearly, on one invoice. Email hello@letslaunch.co with how many pages you need.
Do the analytics track my fans?
No. We count a view or a tap and the site that sent the visitor. No cookies, no IP addresses, nothing personal, so your page needs no cookie banner.
